You should supply the wires and clamps WITH the hood and not sell as a separate purchase.
You are currently out of stock of the wires so I am unable to use the hood!!

Needed to change my car seat for my new born very last minute so wasn’t sure if this would arrive in time. It arrived very quickly after placing the order. I also had some questions relating to the car seat compatibility and the online chat was very helpful and easy to use, you actually speak to someone!

The bag isnt closing easily... its too tough to pack

Great products but if you need to return something you may run into issues. My wife has been waiting 2 months for her refund despite confirmation of delivery of her return. Customer service is very lacking.

Love bugaboo items and the fact that you can update your buggy with different accessories is amazing!
I brought the cupholder due to a family member loosing our old one and we would be lost without it in all honesty so handy for on the go when out and about.. only downside is that it can ping of really easily if on the outside of the pram but I tuck mine in on the inside (cam 3) but it’s perfect and holds the drink in well.

After purchasing our Bugaboo Butterfly from John Lewis I was after a footmuff so I ordered the caramel brown (as it was cheaper than the forest green) and it goes lovely with the forest green pushchair.
The footmuff itself is lovely, the fleece is soft and snuggly, it keeps our little boy lovely and warm. Was quick delivery as well, think it was delivered in 2 days.

My only complaint about the Butterfly is how quickly the seat liner is bobbling ? as we've only had it a few weeks and our little one is only 14 months old.
Apart from that the pushchair is amazing and used more than our Buffalo now but I am disappointed in the seat liner quality

Sent wrong item - I ordered a new canopy for my bee6 but on opening the box there was a seat liner inside the canopy box instead. I emailed customer services straight away then I had to send numerous emails with lots of photos before they would agree to replace the item. Still yet to be resolved. Not happy.

Try to arrange a return on the same day that the stroller arrived. Two weeks have gone by and no-one came to collect the stroller or I was able to get a return label to return the item myself. Customer service is slow on their responses and unhelpful.

Excitedly got the buggaboo butterfly after my research, However, I was disappointed it does not fold as easily as advertised, appears stiff and i almost always struggle to unfold or fold it (especially unfolding).
Also I went on to get the foot muff for winter, but was more disappointed because its just not right for butterfly. Does not sit well on the butterfly and keeps slidding off. Had to keep it because I have no other alternative and its really cold.

Nice large seat.
The driving mechanism is not good. The whole buggy has a tendency to drift to one side even on even flat ground. This the rain cover is very poor quality and is too small. The wind cover is a bit wobbly and is too close to the head of the seat which makes the buggy claustrophobic.
Not value for money. Extremely overpriced for average quality and design

Easy shopping on your website, however I have contacted the customer service team by email to rearrange the address and date of the delivery and never received a reply. This situation concern me if in the future I need further support from Bugaboo.

I’ve ordered twice though bugaboo and not once received my items. First time they went missing and the second time they were delivered to the wrong address. After phoning everyday and emailing I got my money back both times but it was a lot of hassle.
I’ve now ordered my items from other companies
